With over 17+ years of hands-on experience across global markets, I’ve collaborated with international teams and clients to deliver scalable, high-impact digital solutions. I currently serve on the Board of Directors for SoftwarePro Technologies and Impulsion Technologies while leading Riches Media Digital as its Founder and CEO. Over the past year, I’ve expanded Riches Media Digital with a dedicated office in New Jersey, USA, building a passionate team that drives performance-focused digital marketing strategies. Our mission is to simplify how businesses engage and serve their customers using design-driven automation and data-backed insights.

A significant part of my career was shaped in Singapore, where I served as Manager of Programmatic at Havas Media Group. Managing high-budget digital campaigns across Southeast Asia, I collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop region-specific strategies. I applied a data-first approach to optimize campaigns, ensuring that performance consistently exceeded expectations. This experience deepened my understanding of regional market dynamics and reinforced my expertise in delivering results at scale.

In London, at AdJug, I led global ad operations, handled complex troubleshooting, and drove performance through targeted optimization. In Malaysia, at Ebizu, I spearheaded rich media product development and ad operations, managing intelligent platforms that processed data from over a billion devices. My work in India with companies like GroupM, Theorem, and Genisys Software further strengthened my leadership in managing large-scale operations, scaling campaigns, and guiding cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments.
